Alonso: Fighting for victory very unlikely

Ferrari driver Fernando Alonso has admitted that his chances of fighting for victory in Sunday afternoon's Monaco Grand Prix are extremely slim, with the Spaniard having to settle for sixth on the grid at the end of an action-packed qualifying hour. Although Alonso states that "nothing is impossible" in Formula 1, he believes the nature of the circuit will severely hinder his chances of making significant progress.
