Pirelli confirms new tyres for Canada

Following the many complaints regarding Pirelli's tyres the company has confirmed it will change its tyre compound from the Canadian Grand Prix. The Canadian Grand Prix is held in the second weekend of June and is the seventh round in the Formula 1 championship. On Monday Pirelli Motorsport Director Paul Hembery said it is expecting new tyres at the British Grand Prix. The tyre company has now confirmed though it will be able to introduce them as early as at the Canadian Grand Prix. “Changes to take place from Canadian GP onwards, will affect all the range,” a Pirelli spokesperson confirmed to GPUpdate.net.
