'Williams taking steps forward' – Bottas

Valtteri Bottas believes that Williams is beginning to uncover more performance after a troublesome start to the 2013 Formula 1 campaign, explaining that the outfit's upgrade package for the Spanish Grand Prix has shown largely positive signs so far. Although the Finn, who is one of five rookies on the 22-strong grid, finished back in 14th position on the opening day of practice at the Circuit de Catalunya, he reckons the team is "taking steps forward" as the quarter mark of the season approaches.
