Lotus joins forces with Richard Mille

Richard Mille has been signed as the new time partner of Lotus, the Enstone-based outfit announced at the Circuit de Catalunya on Friday. The Swiss watch manufacturer fills the gap left by Dutch-based TW Steel, which has moved to Force India. The Richard Mille logo will be showcased on the nose of the E21 chassis and on the driver overalls of Kimi Räikkönen and Romain Grosjean from the Spanish Grand Prix onwards, while a limited edition watch will also be produced to signify the partnership. Richard Mille is a long-time sponsor of the ART Grand Prix GP2 team, for which Britain's James Calado competes, and has signed a two-year agreement with Lotus.
