McLaren breaks curfew in Barcelona

McLaren broke the curfew regulation at the Circuit de Catalunya on Thursday night, governing body the FIA has confirmed. Personnel, closely linked to the running of the MP4-28 chassis, were working in the paddock during the eight-hour shutdown phase, with an array of upgrades being brought to the Barcelona venue this weekend. As the outfit had not previously broken the curfew in 2013, no penalties will be applied, but team members have just one more allowance for the remainder of the campaign.
