Tost: Teams walking a fine line

Franz Tost says F1 teams are walking a "very fine line" as to how much they invest in this year's car and how much in next season's. Next season Formula One will undergo a major shake-up as the sport drops the current 2.4-litre V8 engines in favour of smaller turbocharged 1.6-litre V6s. Many believe the change could have a major impact on the pecking order especially if a team falls behind in development.
