Mercedes cars suffer in Bahrain heat

Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg finished the Bahrain Grand Prix in fifth and ninth places today after battling drives, however both Mercedes AMG cars struggled badly when temperatures were at their highest in the early stages of the race. Lewis completed a three-stop strategy to finish in fifth place after starting ninth while Nico Rosberg, after starting from pole, Nico was forced to convert to a four-stop strategy at the end of his third stint.
