Alonso bemoans bad luck

Fernando Alonso has lamented Ferrari's misfortune so far this season after finishing eighth in the Bahrain Grand Prix. The Spaniard started third on the grid at the Sakhir circuit, but his hopes of a possible victory went out of the window in the early stages when his DRS wing got stuck. He was forced to make two unscheduled pit stops so that the mechanics could close it manually and he was never really in the hunt after that. It's not the first time this season that the double World Champion has been on the receiving end of some bad luck as he went sliding off the track in Malaysia after he damaged his front wing following contact with Sebastian Vettel on the opening lap.
