F1: Webber and Gutierrez handed penalties for Bahrain Grand Prix

After a weekend to forget Mark Webber has been dealt a further blow and been given a 3 place grid penalty for the Bahrain grand prix due to his collision with Toro Rosso driver Jean-Eric Vergne.Webber believes he wasn’t to blame for the incident but the stewards disagreed, Webber said: 'One view looks like Jean-Eric Vergne is giving me the line, the other looks more like it is me.
