Alonso unconcerned by dropped points

Fernando Alonso insists he is unconcerned about not picking up any points in Malaysia, despite heading into this weekend’s Formula 1 UBS Chinese Grand Prix in Shanghai 22 points down on championship leader Sebastian Vettel after two races.“Everyone has at least two or three DNFs per season in Formula One,” said the philosophical Ferrari driver. “Although I hope not, I guess it will happen to me again this year, because of the law of averages. “We need to be prepared for that and also be prepared to take any opportunity and try and score maximum points when it happens to our rivals.”Despite showing strong race pace this season, Alonso will go into...
