Caterham 'knew it would be tough'

Caterham insist their decision to begin the campaign was a hybrid car was the right call despite falling behind Marussia. In the battle of the backmarkers, Marussia have emerged as the favourites in the opening two races of this season with Jules Bianchi beating Charles Pic in both the Australian and Malaysian races. Caterham's fall behind has been attributed to the team's decision to run a hybrid car, however, team boss Cyril Abiteboul is adamant they will not alter their path.
