Hamilton ‘in a better place' with Mercedes

By Editor on Thursday, March 14, 2013 Lewis Hamilton says he is in a ‘better place' ahead of his Mercedes debut this weekend. Hamilton joins the team having spent the first six seasons of his career with McLaren. 'It's not that much different', Hamilton said when asked about how different his life is now. 'It's put me in a better place. Just settling into the team pretty well. It's still a Formula One team and they still exist to win. The guys are doing a fantastic job and I'm really excited about the season and excited to get back in the car.'
