Spanish unveiling for the Toro Rosso STR8
On the eve of the first pre-season test in Spain, Toro Rosso have launched the car with which they will contest the 2013 FIA Formula One World Championship.The Italian team’s unchanged driver line-up of Daniel Ricciardo and Jean-Eric Verge took the wraps off the Ferrari-powered STR8 in the Jerez pit lane on Monday afternoon.Toro Rosso endured a tough 2012 season, finishing a lonely ninth in the constructors’ standings with 26 points, their best results being two eighth places, in Belgium and Korea.More to follow.For details of other 2013 car launches, click here.For tickets and travel to 2013 FORMULA 1 races, click here.For FORMULA 1 and F1 team merchandise, click here.
