Button predicts strong partnership with Perez

By Editor on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 2009 world champion Jenson Button reckons that he can embark on a strong partnership with new McLaren recruit Sergio Perez. Perez replaces Lewis Hamilton at the team and Button thinks the Mexican will be a positive addition to McLaren. 'It’s always interesting to have a new team-mate – there’s that inevitable getting-to-know-you period when you’re settling in, but I’m really pleased to have Checo at Vodafone McLaren Mercedes,' he said.
