Ecclestone expects Nurburgring deal

Bernie Ecclestone has said that he expects the 2013 German Grand Prix to run at the Nurburgring this season, with discussions ongoing with the circuit to wrap up a deal.The future of the venue has been cast into doubt over ongoing financial issues, leading to speculation that the German race could be moved to Hockenheim – which currently hosts the race on alternate years under a race-share agreement.Ecclestone however insists that he expects a deal to be done to run the race at the 'Ring, with talks to resolve some of the current problems currently ongoing."It should be the Nurburgring and we are trying to make it happen," Ecclestone told Reuters.
