It's a tough job, but someone has to do it...The Babe of Babes shortlist includes your 12 'Babe of the Month' winners for 2012, plus one runner-up from each month.All of the girls look stunning, but we need you to award each with a mark out of ten to determine who is the hottest.Voting closes on Monday (January 14) - so what are you waiting for?
