We never stopped believing, says Vettel

Sebastian Vettel says the key to his 2012 title success was never giving up, with the Red Bull driver having to overturn a 44 point deficit to Ferrari's Fernando Alonso in the second half of the season. After standing on the podium just three times in the first ten races, the German bounced back to win four on the trot from Japan to India. 'What was key this year was that we never stopped believing,' Vettel explained to the official Formula 1 website. 'And believe me, that is easier said than done.
