Sauber C32 passes crash tests

By Editor on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 Sauber has confirmed that their 2013 challenger, the C32, has passed all of the FIA mandatory crash testing. The Swiss team is the first to publicly confirm that their car has completed all of the compulsory crash tests. 'The C32 chassis and safety structures have passed their FIA safety tests,' Sauber posted on their official Twitter feed. 'So, fully homologated and ready for winter testing (5. Feb)'. With fairly stable regulations, the C32 will be an evolution of the C31 which Sergio Perez and Kamui Kobayashi piloted to four podiums in 2012.
