Red Bull Ring put forward as potential 2013 venue

Red Bull has been made the FIA aware that the Red Bull Ring in Austria (formally the A1-Ring) has the potential to play host to a grand prix next year. Next year's calendar has a space currently being held open for a "European" F1 race on July 21 after plans for a race in New Jersey were delayed. France was initially the favourite but a lack of funding has derailed talks, while Turkey's Istanbul Park is also under consideration.
