Date change for German Grand Prix

At today's meeting of the World Motor Sport Council in Istanbul, it was agreed to move the date of the 2013 German Grand Prix.The race, originally scheduled for July 14, will now take place on July 7.However, the WMSC also reveals that July 21 has been reserved for another, as yet unnamed event, subject to the approval of the relevant ASNs.Earlier this week it was revealed that the new boss of the Istanbul International Circuit, Varul Ak, has been in talks with Bernie Ecclestone with a view to Turkey returning to the calendar in 2013.
