HRT missing on 2013 F1 entry list

The FIA has released a provisional entry list for the 2013 Formula One Championship, with HRT notably absent from the list. People within the team had already repeatedly declared that the team's future is in doubt, with more and more signs pointing to the end ofthe Spanish squad. The list however is not entirely complete, as recent confirmations of Esteban Gutiérrez and Nico Hulkenberg at Sauber are not yet listed. Charles Pic is already confirmed at Caterham, while Daniel Ricciardo and Jean-Eric Vergne will remain with Toro Rosso for a second season in 2013. 1.
