F1: Ferrari and Red Bull in action at Barcelona
With rain clearly set in for the day, a number of teams opted to sit-out today's shakedown, leaving just Red Bull and Ferrari in action. For the Maranello squad, Charles Leclerc ran in the morning when conditions were better, and Lewis Hamilton in the afternoon as conditions deteriorated. At Red Bull, Max Verstappen drove the RB22 in the morning before handing over to teammate Isack Hadjar in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the Frenchman, who topped the timesheets yesterday, crashed out late in the day, damaging the rear wing and suspension and bringing the session to an early end. Earlier in the day, Verstappen was the cause of another red flag when the Dutchman went off into the gravel....
